It all started at the office in 2023, where fate had a little fun playing matchmaker. Madeline and Sloan crossed paths on the first day of Madeline’s new job, but it wasn’t until after they were no longer colleagues that their story truly began. Just 2 months after they met, they went on their very first date and have been inseparable ever since—Sloan somehow always found a reason to drop by the office for a visit…usually with a La La Land in hand.

Since then, they have built a life full of laughter, love, and many trips to Austin to cheer on the Texas Longhorns. Madeline has a green thumb and a knack for roping Sloan into gardening projects—though he’d argue that lugging around soil bags counts as cardio. Sloan loves diving into Dungeons & Dragons campaigns with friends or playing video games, while Madeline is usually nearby sneaking in some extra lounge time.

Their home wouldn’t be complete without Appa, their energetic husky, and Lola, their fluffy cat with lots of opinions. Together, Madeline and Sloan created a cozy, happy life filled with homemade meals, Texas Football, and lots of visits with their three adorable nieces and two energetic nephews who keep them on their toes and add even more love to their lives.
